Hi, I'm Lucus.
I've been lucky enough to have mentors that used art to help me find my voice, and now I'm looking to pay it forward. Whether that's as a graphic designer, art educator, or studio artist, I use creativity as a means of expressive problem solving. My artistic journey started in high school with just a borrowed laptop and bag of old Sharpies. Since then, I have created my own clothing brand, organized group and solo art shows, logos, posters, gallery works, along with private commissions.
Born in Thailand, raised in Wyoming, I am now based in the Denver Metro Area. I graduated Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design with a BFA in Art Education with a Graphic Design emphasis in 2025. At RMCAD, I won awards, scholarships, and had exhibition features all while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 4.0.
Outside of art and teaching, I am a first place winning natural competitive bodybuilder and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler; sports that sharpen my patience, discipline, and creativity. As you can probably tell, I like to stay busy... But they say variety is the spice of life.
