For a three week project in Abraham Lincoln High School's introductory graphic design classes, I used students' backpacks as a unit-long storytelling tool. I quickly familiarized myself with the school's diverse student backgrounds and LMS to design an engaging unit that allowed for an exploration of identity through everyday objects.
